Heute haben wir eine schöne Gabriele Münter Ausstellung bei ahlers pro arte gesehen. Das mir bis dahin unbekannte druckgrafische Werk hat mich jedoch mehr angesprochen als ihre farbigen Ölbilder. Darum gibt es heute ein etwas grafischeres Werk einer Seitengasse von Bergen / Norwegen.

Bergen Alley

Today we saw a beautiful exhibition of Gabriele Münter at ahlers pro arte. Her graphic work I found more impressive than her oil paintings. Therefor today a more graphic painting from me this day. It shows a side street in Bergen / Norway.

Ein Weg führt hoch und einer herunter ins Zentrum von Bergen.

Ich habe hier einmal (mehr) mit Farbe experimentiert 

und alles in grau-blau-rosé-orange getaucht.

A larger format than my usual daily paintings (11.8 x 35.4 inches). 

One path leads up and one path down into the center of Bergen. 

I have one more time experimented with color and dropped 

everything into gray-blue-pink-orange colors.
